There will be a small swop-meet from 7.30pm followed by the A.G.M, where you will be invited to renew your membership for the club for 2012.

Agreed format for the evening

a) A.G.M. with Officers Reports.

b) Question time. In order to provide comprehensive answers, Members are requested to submit their questions preferably in writing or verbally to a Committee member, prior to the AGM. Any suggestions for Club activities or improvements can be submitted on the night.

c) Subs to be paid - £35.00 on the night.

d) Please bring your BMFA insurance certificate with you.
